CCL Properties
Free workshops · two episodes from the curriculum.

Two workshops we keep open. Watch first, decide later.

The two questions buyers ask first are "can I find tenants?" and "will the zoning hold?" Both are real. Both have specific answers most coliving education skips. The free workshops walk those answers in full, with the working scripts and decision frameworks. No upsell during the runtime. If you decide to enroll afterward, that's a separate decision.

Founder of CCL Properties. Operates a portfolio of coliving houses and built the curriculum and AI toolkit (Agent Studio) used inside it. Both workshops are taught directly, with live Q&A.

Are these workshops right for you?

If one of these sentences fits, watch the corresponding workshop. If both fit, watch both.

Watch Finding Tenants if: you have a coliving property already and the rooms aren't filling fast enough, OR they're filling but turning over too quickly, OR you're considering coliving and want to verify you can actually run the resident side before you commit capital.

Watch Zoning if: you're evaluating a specific property and want to verify the zoning before you sign, OR you've been chasing properties and keep losing them at zoning verification, OR you're picking a market and want to know which markets actually support the model.

Watch both if: you're considering the Owner-Operator path and want to feel competent on both halves before enrolling. The two workshops together cover roughly 5% of the full curriculum. Enough to make an informed decision about whether the rest is worth your money.

Questions you probably have

Are these recorded or live?

Both. Each workshop runs live monthly with Q&A, and the recording is available on-demand if the next live date doesn't fit your schedule. Live attendees get the recording too.

Is there an upsell during the workshop?

There's a brief mention of the curriculum at the end (about 5 minutes out of 90). The 85 minutes before that are the actual workshop content with no sales pressure. If you watch only the teaching portion and never enroll, you've still got real value.

Why share these for free if they're part of the paid curriculum?

Because most buyers can't tell whether the curriculum is worth $1,997 from a sales page alone. The workshops let you experience the teaching firsthand. If they hold up, the rest of the curriculum is more of the same depth. If they don't, you'll know that too. And we'd rather you know before you buy.

Can I share the workshops with a partner or team?

Yes. The links are public. Most buyers attend the live sessions with a spouse or business partner so they can discuss the decision afterward.

What if I have questions during the workshop?

Live attendees ask in the Q&A. On-demand viewers can submit questions through the workshop replay page. David answers in batches and the answers are posted to the workshop page over time.

If I enroll in a paid track later, do I still get the workshops?

The workshops are subsumed inside the curriculum (Finding Tenants is the seed of the resident-lifecycle modules, Zoning is the seed of the zoning module). Enrolling gets you full-depth versions of both, plus everything else in the track.

Free. No credit card. Watch first, decide later.
