The bundle saves real money against assembling the parts.
Is the community subscription separate?
Yes. The $7,500 covers lifetime access to all curriculum and supplements plus the first 12 months of community + live access. After year one, the community subscription continues as a monthly or annual renewal if you want to keep the live access. The curriculum doesn't expire.
What's the difference between Complete and Done-With-You?
Complete is curriculum plus a room. Done-With-You is curriculum plus me hands-on with you on a specific deal. Different relationships. Different price structures. Some operators do Complete first to absorb the curriculum, then upgrade to Done‑With‑You when they're ready to acquire.
Can I do Complete without the live calls?
If you don't want the live calls, Owner-Operator is the right tier. The $1,500 difference between the two tiers is essentially the live access plus the two capital-side supplements. Don't pay for what you won't use.
Are the capital-side supplements included only in Complete?
Yes. The Capital Partner Primer is Complete-only. It's not in Owner-Operator and it's not in either per-stage track. If you specifically want the capital side, Complete is the path.
What is the David-GPT paid tier?
A version of the David-GPT assistant trained on the full transcript library. Every recorded call, every clinic, every workshop. It can answer questions in David's voice using material that the free tier doesn't surface. Members get unlimited access during their community subscription.
How long does the curriculum take to work through?
The Owner-Operator portion takes most buyers 8 to 12 weeks. The capital-side supplements add another 3 to 4 weeks. The community and live access are ongoing. You use them as deals come up, not on a fixed timeline.
